At Morley PC Help we are aiming to deliver a personal, cost-efficient service to local individuals who have problems with their PCs or just need some advice.

We aim to fix hardware and software problems, either whilst the PC is in your own home, or at our base in Morley. If we can fix the problem at your home we prefer to do so, as it cuts down on disruption to you, and also keeps prices down.

Because we only offer services to individual users we schedule all our visits for evenings and weekends-better for you, better for us.

We also can offer service contracts, giving you the peace of mind that you will get a specified amount of our time without it costing you a fortune.

For those taking out a service contract we can usually offer a “remote diagnosis” of your PC problem, as long as it will boot up and connect to the Internet. We can also offer this service to non-contract customers, but this will be chargeable, and requires some software installing on your PC.

We also offer a “free” helpdesk service — you can send one e-mail on any PC related problem — without commitment to paying a penny, and we will give you our best advice. If you like what we do (and say) we can offer a paid-for helpdesk service at exceptionally low rates.
